About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Dr.Dgile Services. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who empowers cross-functional teams to deliver high-value products efficiently and continuously improve their processes. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and coach Scrum teams on Agile principles and best practices.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Remove roadblocks and ensure smooth team progress toward sprint goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
Support continuous improvement and help teams self-organize for greater efficiency.
Track team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to identify areas for improvement.
Promote transparency, trust, and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to coach teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
